Eli Lachenman focuses his practice on construction, real estate, and HOA-related litigation. Leveraging his diverse background handling commercial, business, and corporate issues, Eli deftly guides clients through every stage of their case, from discovery and depositions to trial or mediation. He zealously advocates for his clients, pursuing the most efficient path to a favorable resolution.
Following his undergraduate studies at Longwood University, Eli earned his law degree from the Charleston School of Law. He served as the Real Estate Society president during law school.
