Attorneys in our South Carolina and North Carolina offices are certified arbitrators and mediators, familiar with the laws applicable to a broad range of disputes. Because they are skilled trial attorneys with decades of courtroom experience, they bring a neutral, balanced perspective to all parties in a lawsuit, often tempering unrealistic expectations and allowing disputes to be settled without an expensive trial.
