Before beginning his legal career, Jon served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his career, he deployed to Iraq, India, and Afghanistan in support of combat operations. Jon’s military service instilled in him discipline, perspective, and a commitment to excellence—qualities that continue to shape his approach to client advocacy.
After serving in the military, he worked as a logistics specialist in the construction industry, assisting with the development of national and international electrical infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, substations, and switching stations. This work provided him with firsthand insight into the construction industry, which few construction deficiency litigators possess.
