Before beginning his legal career, Jon served as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps. After serving in the military, he worked as a logistics specialist in the construction industry, assisting with the development of national and international electrical infrastructure projects, including transmission lines, substations, and switching stations. This work provided him with firsthand insight into the construction industry, which few construction deficiency litigators possess.
