Barnwell Whaley immigration litigation attorney Bradley Banias will serve as a faculty member of the 2017 American Immigration Lawyers Association Fundamentals of Immigration Law national conference to be held at the Hyatt Regency in Denver, Colorado in August. This two day immigration law conference is open to members of the legal profession and will include sessions on many areas of immigration law including non-immigrant visas, employment-based and family-based immigrant visas, naturalization and citizenship, adjustment of status and consular processing, removal and relief matters, habeas matters, and humanitarian relief. Mr Banias will present the habeas corpus portion of the program, including federal court immigration litigation basics, as co-presenter with Maria T. Baldini-Potermin of Chicago, IL and Michael E.
