Barnwell Whaley immigration litigation attorney Bradley Banias will be a presenter at the North Carolina Advocates for Justice continuing legal education course to be held at the Justice Headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina on April 11, 2017. The event is co-sponsored by Project South of Atlanta, Georgia, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice of Raleigh, NC, the UNC Center for Civil Rights of Chapel-Hill, the North Carolina NLG Chapter of Raleigh and the ACLU of North Carolina and is titled, “Representing Arab and Muslim-Americans in the Trump Era.”
Mr. Banias will be presenting “When the American Dream is Denied to Some (Challenging naturalization and Green Card delays)”, a seminar for attorneys to shed light as to the litigation options which may be available to their immigration clients.
